  • Where possible contain the animal to a box or small container and bring it into Wild North Veterinary Hospital as soon as possible.

    If you are unable to catch or transport the animal, please call one of the following Wildlife Care Groups.

  • We are happy to receive referrals from other veterinary clinics in the Northern Territory. Please ask your referring veterinarian to submit a referral form prior to your appointment, available here.

  • Accidents happen, so let’s get straight to the point. When your pet is injured, we may focus solely on one health aspect in your consultation. However, once your bird is stable let’s discuss your pet’s total health so they can live their healthiest life.

  • For afterhours emergencies please call your local veterinarian clinic. VetChat triage afterhours emergencies and the on call vet will be notified and the appropriate meeting hospital will be advised.

    Wild North do not offer after hours emergency services.
